Keyboard is crap

It stopped working about thirty five days in. There are no children in the household and I am the only user. There were no food crumbs nor any spills on this keyboard. Because I am from home.I had immediately run out and get a new keyboard. I upgraded and got one that actually works well and can handle daily use. The one that comes with this package is awful.

Missing Microsoft software.

Deceptive Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not worth the hassle. Biggest pain in the butt. I have always bought HP, but not going to anymore. This is the worse computer. The description claims this PC has surround sound, but there's not even an audio output on it. The wireless mouse & keyboard didn't come with a dongle and wouldn't work. The keyboard would've even turn on even though I used several different sets of batteries. I had to use a wire mouse and keyboard just to get the computer set up and then discovered that there was no audio. I packed it up and took it back. Worst computer experience ever. I've lost faith in HP.

Frustrated that a new computer froze
