    Quality issues within a month of purchase, now it's been a year and I replaced it. Had issues with the graphics card off and on the whole time I owned it. HP warranty is crap and Best Buy repair are incompetent.

    This is the 2nd HP I have owned. Niether of them have worked as they should. This one, purchased through Best Buy, has many issues. It freezes when installing programs, it has frustrating lagging issues with every single program and when using the internet. Nothing has worked correctly. Not ONE function works as it should. Internet pages will not load correctly, the keyboard does not work properly, the mouse lags.. (all other devices in the house work perfectly fine) Also, the USB ports are crooked... I will NEVER purchase an HP product again. The laptop I owned previously had graphic driver issues that presented well within the warranty time frame, however the customer service representative maintained that it was not a computer issue. My screen would "glitch" and then go black and then sometimes would "pop" or "bounce" back up - it happened with every program and when using the internet. HP customer service argued with me for hours over several phone calls until eventually, months later my laptop was out of warranty and then they refused to help me using that as an excuse.

    This is why HP doesn’t lead at anything. Perfectly serviceable, and missing just enough to not be effortless. Emblematic of the tech sector- mediocre in all aspects.

    Fair computer but VERY slow loading in start up even when PC is on but sleeping and very slow loading web pages and graphics on them. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy. I purchased 3 gaming computers just prior to this. all 3 had to be returned I finally gave up on getting a good fast computer and kept this one. But it's way too slow.

    Spent 3 days setting this up and transferring files during which it kept shutting down. I thought it was just part of the set up process but it soon became apparent that the product was defective. After calling, rep said just mail it back. I explained I had all my personal info on it and I no longer had the packing materials. She didn't listen to my & kept telling me to mail it. Finally got a rep who told me how to delete my stuff but I still had to drive 4 hrs round trip to return to closest store. Not happy.

    When i got it i spent a few days preparing to replace my current computer. Once i switched over, this thing would randomly freeze and require a reboot. This "excellent" open box was probably some one elses nightmare. Customer service was HORRIBLE! They kep saying "bringvitvto the store." I order this ONLINE. It took a week to get it to me. The agent was trying to limit my purchase to the order date, NOT the arrival date. At first, they were not going to send a shipping lable. They expected me to take hours to drive to the nearest Best Buy and back. When the charge is revered on my Best Buy card, i will be closing that account. If customer service wasnt so pathetic, i would have remained a customer. Not now. Never again. After a many decades of buying from.Best Buy, tou lost me for good. You can do better.

    Worst computer purchase since my first one in 1984. Most of the issues were caused by IBM software pushing one drive which caused hours to fix micro changes to mail and problems with dealing with the printer which IBM defaulted to control but could not deal with the scanner. Several weeks and still more issues appear.

    Returned to Best Buy because it didn’t work out of the box. Best Buy was Outstanding in their return policy! Never had a problem with HP products, I’m a long term customer and I still will remain one.

    Out of the box junk. From day one it never worked correctly, from one problem to another. Had online Geek Squad try fixing issues three times and physically brought it in 3 times. What was fixed worked for only for minutes then would stop working again.

    The Geek Squad person setting up this computer found it was defective and had to be returned.. we ordered another computer that was delivered the next week.

    I purchased this computer as an "open box" item. Everything was there but the wireless mouse. Best Buy employees supplied me with a mouse from their stock. This computer works great. I am glad I purchased it - and saved a little money in the process.
