Good computer but no monitor or audio to transmit

No monitor was associated with the purchase; 2. No internal audio was transmitted so had to purchase external speakers to get the audio transmitted from the programs and web sites.

HP computer setup

I am critical of the setup instructions provided. The instructions were generic, not specific to the particular computer I bought. They did not clearly provide information to enable me to complete the setup, specifically the monitor connection. Finally I was able to get instructions from the Geek Squad to complete the installation.

A Good Desktop

It turns out it was the graphics card. I managed to use it for another 6 months, and then the card was fried. Replaced the card and have had no more problems (knock on wood).
