Very fast instant wake up. No junk softwares. Only bad thing is memory only come with 1 slot filled. The other slot is empty but that’s more than enough for everyday task. Best desktop purchased when on sale. A bargain compared to dell

This seems to be working well — apparently we needed to upgrade our hardware to handle Windows 11. Getting everything transferred from our old computer at first seemed easy until I had to spend 7 hours online with Geek Squad to try and get our printer working with it and most of the time trying to get our Outlook account to work. There are still glitches with Outlook.

Works phenomenally for the price and relatively easy to upgrade the RAM (and for cheap too). The only downside is that the install of windows it comes with has a lot of programs you don't need, so I'd suggest purging a ton of the bloatware from the start so you don't have to deal with it down the road. Overall a great PC!

The only issues I have are that I am use to being able to upgrade times are changing . Very fast , adjusting to Windows 11 . Too many ads and notifications but I'm sure they'll go away eventually . All in all it does what I need .

Great fast computer. It was on sale at Best Buy. It is probably more than I need, but the price was right. I don't think I have to replace it for a while.

Thought about an all in one computer to run Windows 11, however I already have a large monitor and wanted something expandable. This machine will run games as well as photo and video software without problem.

Excellent easy to use. Fast startup. Easy to navigate.

I am very happy to have my new HP-ENVY - Intel Core 17 - 16GB Memory - 1TBSSD. My second HP. It is beyond my expectations ... couldn't be more pleased.

Very good "basic" computer. Pros: It has a 12th Gen processor and Win 11, I've upgraded the memory to 32 GB, added 2 - 4TB 7200rpm HD. Cons: 320 W PSU

This computer is easy to use, possesses excellent speed, and has great storage! It is reasonably priced and worth every penny of it!

I loved the Envy desktop and laptop I had purchased in 2014, and it is still working great, both of them, problem being I got the 8.1 Windows version which forced me to upgrade to new computer system Windows 11 because only the 8.0 version was updateable to 10 then 11. So I wished to stick to the HP Envy because I really loved it, but, really? No monitor, no speakers, I mean what would have cost you to at least have speakers in the desktop? I guess I should consider myself lucky I got a mouse and keyboard! It's like Apple now not giving you the plug for charging your Iphone and Samsung doing the same for their watches. This isn't a BestBuy problem, it's an HP problem. There should be laws for selling incomplete systems!

Still working on set up but it appears to be a great buy. Surprised when wireless keyboard and mouse came with it when the plug in kind were shown online. Online ordering and delivery were great.

Great value, great basic computer! Doesn't play the best games, but you shouldn't expect that at this price point

This computer is super fast and very functional. Easy to set up was an awesome upgrade to my old HP that was outdated.

This PC has performed well out the gates. It has a great processor and enough RAM out the box. Has options for future upgrades, so will be sticking with this one for a while.

Fast, Reliable & perfect for my everyday personal use. Keyboard keys are Large & easy to read. Keyboard and mouse are wireless and love the fact that I don't have wires all over the place,

Where I live, the internet is not so great (kind of out in the wilderness). But I have found that the internal speed of the computer can half-way make up for the lack of internet speed. After installing my new computer, it almost seemed like my internet speed had doubled (which it didn't of course, but the processing speed of the computer made it seem like it). So I am very pleased.
