    The P.C. itself has been fairly easy to set up and use. Still working on getting various peripherals to operate. Was able to set up multiple users fairly easily. Only drawback was the enclosed wireless keyboard. Wasn't expecting to get one, but thought I would use it anyway. It has NO on/off switch. Only way to turn it off is to remove the batteries.

    Our old PC was 11 yrs old, it was time for a new one. Using Total Tech Support, moving files over was taken care of. What a breeze and no more waiting literally 5 minutes to switch from my husband's login to mine. Old PC could not support Windows 11, new PC came with it. Total Tech Support great moving over Microsoft licenses, showing us how to use W11.
