This computer has lived up to everything it claims. I really like the speed. I wasn't wild about Microsoft 11, but after using it for a few weeks, I've grown to really like it.

I didn't need a fancy gaming computer. I just needed something simple for normal, everyday stuff. This computer is perfect for my needs. I'm sure it can do much more, I just haven't discovered all of it yet.

This was a major upgrade from my Dell laptop. Extremely fast and responsive. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a desk top PC.

Performance is good, but I can't get sound out of it. I bought Geek Squad warranty who actually screwed up my computer so bad and I had to reinstall factory settings. Don't know if the problem is my computer or the the HP model. If anyone has any ideas about getting sound, let me know.

Its a good CPU with all the required config, but not worth of the price.

Very fast, large capacity, and up to date. Geek Squad in home instillation and data transfer very efficient and thorough. Allowed for a pretty seamless transition from my old unit.

Worked out repare needed on my unit that would need major repair

Love how fast it is but I'm having to get used to windows 11 as our old computer was windows 7. Wow what a difference. Plus is it is smaller and takes up alot less room on our desk.

Overall good spec for anyone needing a computer for basic use

Bestbuy makes computer buying easy and pleasant. They gave me an assurance that no one takes better care of customers. I was immediately made aware that GeekSquad is an astute team that stops at nothing to solve challenges and please customers. They respond fast, too!

This replaced a 12+ year old desktop. Good value at sale price, specs are good. Very responsive. Only negative is the keyboard, which is small, and there are no “feet” underneath to tilt it a bit.

This HP-ENVY Desktop computer replaces my old HP desktop computer that the processor did not upgrade to Windows 11. This is a super fast computer and I have no complaints.

Bought this two weeks ago and so far it is performing as expected. I have an older monitor and printer and it flaelessly connected to them and allowed me to update drivers easily.

This is a very well equipped desktop computer at a very good price. Unfortunately I was misled by a salesperson and a manager about the Total Tech $199 program. They swore it applied to my small business. It does not and the issue is still not resolved.

Much faster than my old computer. The Geek Squad set it up and transferred my stuff from the old one. Works great!

This computer is a speed demon. I'm not into gaming or anything, but, so far, I love it. I purchased it on sale so that was a bonus.
