This is the first solid state computer that I have ever purchased, and it exceeded my expectations. Lightning fast and able to handle the most demanding software programs. After this, I will never buy a computer with a spin drive again.

Compact and lightweight. Very fast and very quiet. Packaging was excellent. I got it $200 off sale. Windows 11 files setup is different than windows 10. If someone has a few extra dollars to spend on a computer, this is it.

This unit is very fast. We run our graphics business with this unit. CorelDraw ususally opens very slowly. Now it only takes half the time to open. We use it for databases and graphic design. We like the HP Brand and have used them for many years and are glad BB carries them. The 12th generation processor really does a good job. The memory is 1TB NVMe. The RAM speed is 3200 megahertz with 25 megabytes cache. The wireless is also very fast compared to the other computer we replaced. The wireless keyboard and wireless mouse are pretty good. The mouse is small but we use a trackball mainly for graphics anyway.

More than I expected. Very fast, very quit operation. SSD hard drive is the way to go compared to hard drive disk . Reliable , great desktop for all your needs for home and office

When my 8 year old Envy, it actually could be 10 years old began to freeze I decided it was time for a new computer. I purchased a Mac Mini. Loved it but hate the Mac OS. Tried Parallels but the machine did not have enough memory for that. Next time I will get a 16GB. Waited for this HP to go on sale. Got a good deal plus actually got some money for another pc I had to trade in. Thanks Best Buy. The HP has everything I need except an optical drive. Had to purchase one as an add on. It should be an option. I7 with 16GB memory and 1TB SSD under $800. What a deal! Now the bad. 2 minor things and two bigger items. 1. Start button is hard to find. Because of the machine's small size I have it behind my monitor. The start button is hard to find. Really did anyone on the design team try this before putting it on the market? 2. The pc does not wake up with the mouse. You have to hit the keyboard. Just a minor irratation. 3. Now the bigger issues. The machine freezes 2 or 3 times a week for no reason. I could have stayed with my 4th generation if I wanted the machine to freeze. 4. I have two Logitech cordless mice that seem to have a mind of their own. They both work fine on the Mac and my old pc. For some reason they do not work with this pc. I am currently looking for a plug in mouse. Is it the HP or is it Windows 11?

Easy to set up, quiet. Works very smooth and fast. More than adequate number of ports. Absolutely no complaints.

Nice computer. Fast enough for most ordinary functions . Small enough to fit almost anywhere. Has plenty of usb ports.

I like this computer. It has the I7 processor which is quick. It has been very reliable for me as I use it for work and personal use.

Picked up on sale about a year ago and has been an excellent machine for normal day to day items plus also day to day and monthly and yearly business items. Hooked it up to two monitors and it’s got plenty of storage and can move quickly from one item to the next with multiple program and tabs open.

Love this desktop! It replaced my 10 year-old- HP desktop. This one super fast! I couldn't be happier. And it's quiet because it's solid state and doesn't have a hard disk drive. Also, Geek Squad did an awesome job installing it at my home. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up all of my files removing duplicates, etc.

Blazing fast speed. This computer replaces an earlier model I had that was unable to be upgraded to Windows 11 and also had a SSD. However, this SSD is exceptionally fast. Setup was a breeze. Great computer! And the value was amazing.

Needed to update my desktop. This computer had necessary features I wanted. Although I wanted a separate graphic card versus integrated card, this should be okay. So far performing well. Still working on transferring folders from old computer to new computers.

Exactly what we were looking for as we shopped to replace and older computer! The solid state 1 TB hard drive and the 16 GB of RAM, along with the Intel i7 processor make this HP computer the best we have ever and the speed is amazing! An absolute magnificent value!

This computer is fast, expandable and one of few you can get off-the-shelf with a 1TB SSD. Runs great and does everything I need. But, oh my, the keyboard! I never realized you could seriously mess up a keyboard this badly, First, I am a speed typist, the spacebar is nearly a full key to the right of where it should be, the keys are hard to read, and everything feels constantly "off." Second, they brilliantly took away (or hid) the ability to use the numeric keypad to navigate the cursor. Third, the keys are too small. So it's like trying to type with your fingers taped together - it's gruesome. Thankfully a solution is 25 bucks away, in the form of a third-party wireless keyboard. My advice - buy this computer and throw away the keyboard.

It's fast and quiet. Replaced 2009 HP Pavillion. I still need to get used to Windows 11. It'll do more than I'll ever use, but I wanted to stay in line with the quality of the previous HP. So far--so good. Keyboard is smaller than previous one and is easier to use.

Excellent computer. Replaced my old Lenovo (Intel I-3 with 8 gigs or RAM - UGH). Has USB A and C ports on front and back. Does not have a CD/DVD drive, but that was not one of my prerequisites. Had the GEEK Squad upgrade the standard RAM from 16 to 32GB.

Really like how this hp performs. It has the perfect balance of features for home office use. Am not a gamer, so no need for a more expensive graphics card. Purchased an open box from my local store. The description and price were right on the mark.

I read lots of reviews and although I'm not a gamer, I decided to have the Geek Squad immediately take out the 16 gb RAM and put in 32. (That's how you have to do it.) Don't expect all the bells and whistles you can get if you build your own. Can't put in a good graphics card. Doesn't have wifi 6 or Thunderbolt 4 or DDR5 RAM like 12th gen laptops are equipped with. But it's definitely good enough for most people who don't game. And I got it on a great sale that was less than the i5. So I'm very happy.
