I have only had this for about a month but I have no complaints or issues so far. Works good for what I needed it for.

So far zero complaints it runs really quiet and fairly cool as well.

Excellent value and very well out together. I May get another.

Guess I expected too much. Slower than the computer it replaced.

Been looking at this computer to replace my old one then they put it on sale. Saved $100. It’s a good computer. I don’t like that windows 11 has no media player for dvds. That’s why you can’t find one with optical drive.

Does everything I wanted. Improvement from my last one.

The power supply failed after using for 3 days. Returned it to Best Buy and received full credit.

HP Envy Desktop, decent and reliable for the money.

So far i like it, however it has taken some getting use to, and i had to put my printers cd on a flashdrive and install that way because it wasnt allowing mw to xhange color and paper settings.

Good computer for the on-sale price. Not quite as speedy as I expected for a i7 w/ 16gb memory. I tend to buy computers that exceed my needs, then keep them for a long time (last one was 9 years). While this specs well, it's performance doesn't seem stellar.

After owning the Envy just over 2 years, a bios update delivered by the HP support assistant turned this into a brick. Best Buy said there's nothing they can do. HP said there's nothing they can do. All I did was restart my computer like Windows Update said to do.

We purchased this for our son, who spends ALOT of time on his computer, for school. He has reluctantly left his room - to go to class- seems to be completely satisfied with this purchase

Beware of Windows 11: My Win 10 compatible Logitech Mini Keys Keyboard would not work with Win 11 (I verified it with Logitech). And even my local newspaper (since it was created on a Mac) does not display properly on this Win11 PC. I returned the first one and the second one does the same thing, making it almost impossible to read my daily newspaper online, works great on my Mac... I even complained to the publisher of the newspaper, but in my small town (Bellingham, WA) I guess I am the only one reading a newspaper on a Windows 11 PC. It took me eight 45 minute trips to and from BestBuy to figure the problems out.

So far I have had no issues with it. It is powerful and exactly what I was looking for. Also like the louvered front: looks groovy in my space.

I got this as an open box item. Nothing was missing and it was ready to set up when inpowered it on. Works well.

This HP-Envoy Desktop computer is a great replacement from my windows 7 computer. Just need to get use to Window 11 configuration

Its everything you expect from a good PC. Im using it for the Pro Presenter which needs to 16 Gig of Ram to run and bo complaints here.

Overall very satisfied. Its a little slow to boot up & documentation is weak - no description of what empty expansion slots are available. Fan exhaust is on the left side which restricts where the unit can live.
