Functionally, this PC is fine, not the best, but fine. It is certainly an upgrade from my laptop for running excel and video editing. The problem is that this PC's display options are very antiquated. You have 1 HDMI, 1 VGA, and 1 USB-C port. It doesn't have DisplayPort. Therefore, if you use multiple monitors and have new monitors you'll need a VGA adapter. It works but it is not ideal for picture quality. Secondly, 1 USB-C port to go with the 7+ regular USB ports would have made sense 3 years ago but now it is very limiting.

The HP - ENVY Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Black is a very good PC. It operates fast and is very quiet. It is also quite compact.

I have it a month and it has worked flawlessly. Very Quiet. I paired it with a 34" wide LG monitor. My life in spreadsheets much simpler.

I love my new computer. It has plenty of disk space and an Intel processor. A fine upgrade to my 12-year-old desktop. Great value as well.

Very good for a starter pc. Runs games, videos, and online use simultaneously pretty well. Compact size means i can fit it where i need to.

Although Win 11 is a bit diff than Win 10, I am learning. The HP ENVY works just fine. Miss the optical drive, but still no complaints.

I am very satisfied with my purchase except i did not realize it came without a dvd player. i had to get a separate device to load my programs

Best Buy offers a wide array of computers for multiple applications. Capabilities and prices are very competitive.

The customer service was tremendous. Had a bumpy road with the original purchase but ended up with a great product worth the price.

The computer works well and, once I get it set up in a way similar to my old computer's setup, I'll be a happy camper. Then I will be able to explore all the new capabilities of Windows 11.

It all works well and an easy set up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the on/off button is tiny, tiny! I have to use my fingernail to turn it on! What the heck?!

Open box is the way to go, just reset it to factory, and I was off and running, saved about $300

Once the free trial virus protection expired, it was downhill from there. 15 months in and I get the dreaded "Blue Screen." BTW, after you swipe your card for the Geek Squad to charge you $179 for repair, that they couldn't complete, I find out that the useless Protection Plan is an annual subscription.

So far so good. Windows 11 has some new things that I'm getting used to but my computer is great!

I had issues with my Lenovo all in one, so I exchanged it for this and I’m really loving it so far!

My old computer was over 15 years old and was very slow. I can hardly keep up with this one.

This computer works ok. I despise Windows 11. It is a MAJOR downgrade from Windows 10.
