My old computer was about ten years old, so I was so glad to get a new one. Everything is working just fine. When the power goes out, I have no troubles starting my computer up again.

I usually don't give excellent reviews, and give good as my highest rating. This computer loads fast and it's not full of other junk that you can't get rid of on a new computer. I do not like Windows 11 but you have no choice. With that being said I would recommend this computer and it's nice that the SSD is 1 TB.

The computer is fast. The keyboard and mouse are wireless with the wireless adaptor plugged into a USB port. There are plenty of USB ports for my use. I really miss the old hard drive light but with SSD I guess it is not really needed. All the time I spent setting up was with the bloated Windows11 software. Too much unwanted, unnecessary and useless crap comes along with it. I deleted the cloud and one drive and I think I was successful in deleting Windows 365 to get me back to a genuine personal computer. I will now load my own programs. I think I can live with it now if Windows 11 doesn't bite me back.

Fast, easy to set up, quiet. Plenty of USB ports on both front and back. Appreciate the lack of drama.

This HP Envy is super fast. SSD (solid state drive) has an almost instant start up. My computer is running in six seconds. Remarkable!

It was time to upgrade from my 6-year-old laptop, and I decided to go the desktop route. I got a bit of help from a Best Buy person via their chat. I told him the features I was looking for, and he gave me a few options to consider. That was helpful to minimize the number of overwhelming options. I asked my teenage son to set it up, and that went smoothly. It has been working great --and by that I mean, it reliably turns on, updates, and works well with all software and accessories I'm connected to it.

So pleased with this Desktop. For office and it handles quickly and super efficient. Loads fast and has all the memory and storage needed to run my office!

Finally got around to upgrading my old Windows 7 desktop. I wanted lots of RAM so I could edit videos without it taking all night to process. I've already half-filled the 1TB SSD with a lot of stuff from the old machine, but that included a lot of my music videos that had been backed up on an external HD. Needs a little more to earn a 5-star rating, like including a monitor or at least a web cam. The wireless mouse and keyboard feel rather cheap (especially the mouse), but they work. Wonder how long the batteries will last?

To me, the best part of this computer is that it has a solid state drive. This makes the computer start and run so much faster than your standard hard drive. It does come with windows 11 already. Just be aware of this.

So Far I like it, I like the tower a lot But I think H.P. could have installed a better graphics card, The key board is on the cheap side but not real bad & They must have spent a whole $2.00 on manufacturing the mouse, It's pretty junky, & the keyboard & mouse have a hard time connecting to the chip you put in your usb slot, & half the time your mouse pointer will not work or when You type it will add extra numbers or digits or miss some, H.P. Could have done a Lot Better using a Better Mouse & Keyboard. other than that I like it.

We love this desktop. It is so fast and was a breeze to set up and we are older folks so this can be quite the challenge.

Quality for the price, I like the storage and could use a d drive but still good. It runs smooth and fast
