    The hardware comes with essentially no instructions. You absolutely must have Geek Squad support or a nearby grandson.

    In my haste to purchase a new windows 11 computer, I overlooked the fact that it didn't have a CD/DVD player. I have not actually used it yet. I am somewhat disappointed in Microsoft. I have used MS since windows 3.1, Windows 11 is so very different that there are portions I will have to relearn. But I got a great deal

    Took it outa the box. Plugged it in. DEAD!!! Best Buy immediately refunded purchase price, bt they never sent the promised lable to send it back. Finally trashed it to stop taking up needed space.

    Initial setup crashed. Had to do a complete install from download media. Unit locks up at random times. By the time Best Buy and hp finished trying to fix it, it was too late to return. Still haven’t solved issue.
