    Screen keeps freezing just playing Counter Striker Source and little option to upgrade video card. I am returning this machine.

    Not the easiest computer to setup. Plus had a virus attack during setup. The lack of a DVR/cd player disappointing, Overall good price point though.

    I was told that the USB C port would support a second monitor, it does not. I need something else but can't find out what from HP. I was disappointed at the support of HP in this matter, they don't have a clue about their product with the "outsourced" people they have.

    We only had this desktop 2 weeks when it was turned off and would not power back up. It is in the Greek Squad being repaired and has been there 2 weeks.

    Just after the return deadline and this units USB ports have some type of problem and shut down when using teams. Which happens to be the whole purpose for this system on our network. Going back to building systems ourselves after this one.

    One star rating. When I purchased this computer in store they bundled it with the DVD writer. I was told I could get price match until January 14. The computer is now $120 cheaper and because it was bundled (which I didn't ask for) they will not price match unless I return to store with items. I am sick and have been for 4 weeks now. Am done with this company. They knew what they were doing when they bundled it.

    Brand new set up, computer won't work. Only getting a blue screen, mouse cursor is the only thing working. Can't get help/support to fix whatever problem there is.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! Computer dos not work. Store will not work with me. Computer came with no box, information, warranties, nothing . 5 phone calls, and they want to charge me to figure out the key board. Do not shop at Best Buy. They will send used equipment. And charge you to return. UNBELIEVABLE!!
