I came across this computer because I was actually in the market for a larger display other than what my laptop had 15.6". I went to bestbuy to check out computers and the computer expert in the store pointed me right to this computer. I was apprehensive at first because I have been anti hp for years. He said trust me. I am glad I did. So far so good.

Preforms above and beyond what we needed for home office

Although on paper it all looks good and it sold with great discount, it's a bit slow to my liking, playing games that went faster with previous Envy which died. And the mouse is very very uncomfortable, the edge is hard and sharp, not to mention small and slower. Let's hope the upgrades won't kill this like what happened to the older tower, but with the slowness while it's brand new, don't wish much.

This did not even last 2 years and of course the warranty is only for one year. I’m so upset.

I purchased this item may of last year, it is not even a year old yet since the day of purchase and it has already given out. I used this for school and VERY light gaming. Even then I barely used this desktop because I would alternate between this and my macbook. One day it randomly startd beeping on the start up and this would last about a minute or so before it would just turn back off. No load up screen or anything. It is OVERPRICED and not worth it. I’d recomment investing into a different maker or even purchasing a gaming pc since those last longer and can actually work for school/work life. It cost $400-600 to fix so I’ll be putting that money else where into a more reliable maker.

Out of the box and nothing worked. Spent the better part of a day with HP, tedious and frustrating. At the end of two days, they could not make the machine turn on. What a waste of time and money.

I rushed from San Francisco to Oakland to pick up as it was the last one anywhere I was told and had to buy on line to hold it for me. When I got there was told they didn’t have it.
