Seems to be working great. Easy to set up. Fast. Very compact for your workspace

Since this was a Christmas present, I haven't had much time to use it yet. But so far, it has done a good job of copying everything over from my old system and responded quickly. It seems to be very responsive and takes up less room physically. I assume this is due to the lack of a DVD this PC.

My computer needed to be replaced for quite some time, but transferring files and re-installing software is such a pain in the butt! But, it got to the point where I could barely function on my old PC because it was so slow. After some research, I settled on this model based on price (I bought it on sale) and specs. I'm very happy with it. Setting it up didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. It's very fast and has had no issues opening and saving the large graphics files I use.

This is the perfect size and is super fast! Very powerful!

This computer is working very well. It is running my CAD program and other programs without any problems. The 16GB memory is a plus. A pleasant surprise is the quality of the wireless keyboard that came with it. Much better than some of the keyboards that come with a new desktop.

Though bought to be a gaming PC, lack of video card does to a degree limit experience. Was bought with around 180$ less in box as was opened and was already discounted only 250$. Would have liked a bigger discount considering 2/3 of contents were missing and only ones to replace in store were 80$+ each. Though runs great and does what's needed. Definitely going to look for a better deal next time. Also sellers person had no idea cpus came with built in gpus... For this argument and waste of time, I refused to get any geek squad extras. If the sellsperson can't understand the simplicities of computers than really it makes me rethink utilizing best buy again. Mean guy was very upset and disturbed other customers as the graphics card was not a separate component of the PC so it had no GPU according to him. To point of discussion, I walked away and still he argued with me over halfway across store. Rather not pleased and No manager came or geek squad member to address issue. As seemed none at time knew anything about pcs. For this and the issue of discounted pricing, I'm seriously considering Amazon for next PC or dell. These issues would have been easily solved but the managers and geek squad members paid no attention to their own member yelling at a customer. As for product, it works for what's needed and does have the described is and internals by check of bios and system configuration. Just missed keyboard and mouse that were both wireless from box.

This is an excellent tower and it is performing very well. The components so far have proven to be top rate. Operational speed is great. The 5-star value is because it was on a great sale.

I called store two times. First customer service person recommended HP Envy, since I told her what computer I had and that I needed something faster. However, I called following month, when I saw computer was now on sale and ordered it thru a second customer service person.

It is a fast, powerful machine that I use for day trading. It handles my complex scanning program well.

Purchased HP desktop to replace 11-year old Dell desktop. HP works well for email, videos and other online activities. Purchase was based on processor speed, RAM and price. Best Buy online agent assisted with selection.

Works great, after the Geek Squad transferred my files it was easy to set up. Good speed. Nice size, fits well in my home office. The keyboard is smaller and less sturdy than I'm used to, but I am getting used to it and my last keyboard didn't have lights to indicate caps lock, so this is an improvement in that way.

Excellent central processing unit, works much faster than my old one. It only has an HDMI connector; you'll need an HDMI cable to interface with a monitor. You will also need external speaker. I agree with Consumer Report's rating of this as the top CPU.

So far this computer has proven to meet my needs. Blazingly fast delivery--chose "standard delivery" & it arrived "ahead of schedule"--the next day! It has a lot of usb ports when you include those on the front. Wi-fi reception is ok but not fantastic (my router is in another building). I keep multiple apps open & use 2 monitors for work and it has no problems keeping up. Note: If you don't want MS One Drive to store your files in the cloud for you to retrieve as needed, read each screen carefully during set up and make appropriate selections. free storage is up to 5 GB--go over that & pay monthly for additional storage. Didn't like the included wireless keyboard and mouse--too small for me so am still using my old wired ones.

Every iteration of the i7 keeps getting better. I needed a replacement computer because of another's failure. I bought this on sale and am very happy with the price point for the hardware that you get in this model. It's also Linux-friendly. I definitely would recommend this workstation.

Three weeks old. Nice and fast. Somewhat challenging to transfer the files from the old tower to the new but got it done with Geek Squad assistance. Much better than the 6 year old tower. Glad I purchased it on sale. Great value.

I am so happy with my new HP desktop. I can not express enough how easy it was to set up and use. I have always used Dell but after buying this HP I will never use anything else. It is flawless. The ease and quickest of this computer is amazing

Super fast computer with all solid state chips and lots of high speed USB ports. I did upgrade the RAM from 12 GB to 48 GB to ensure even quicker processing as I do a lot of video work while also using other applications.
