I am completely satisfied with my HP computer and the Geek Squad did a great job mor transferrin my data.

I feel that it's not as fast as I thought it would be. There's a lag when I open files. Other than that I'm happy that I have enough space for all my programs and files.

East tol setup. Fast and easy to use. Quiet. I use it mainly for my genealogy work.

Very pleased with the performance. Only allows 32Gb ram, but that's better than what I've worked with recently. Easy to add a 2Tb Sata HDD.

This was an office upgrade, and so far it has been a great upgrade.

Small SSD, little room left on the 1.024TB after all the crap that HP installed. Forced to buy an external SSD. $$$ :( There's no DVD drive. Had to spend more for an external DVD drive. :( HP WILL NOT ALLOW A SAMSUNG MONITOR TO BE ATTACHED. Paid a heck of a lot for it and now can't return it because I open the box. :( Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse will not work with it. Keyboard and mouse provided are so small the only a child in first grade could use it effectively. :( I open the box so now I own the thing, :( Called the BB help line. I talked to four different people either from India or the Philippines, or both, that gave absolutely no help but to recommend that I spend $150 for a service tech to come to my house and fix a brand new, right out of the box, computer, after I paid $1800 for the thing. So bottom line: new 34" monitor won't work, my preferred Logitech keyboard and mouse won't work, SSD eaten up by crap installed by HP, out the cost of the computer, the monitor, the DVD drive and the cost of a external SSD with a larger capacity.
