I This was a recent purchase. This HP printer is a replacement for my old HP OfficeJet 4500. Sincee that one lasted for years. When it quit, I wanted a new HP. This one appears to be a very good purchase! It is sleek looking, and prints, scans and copies, including photos. It looks sharp on my desk and works great! E. Miller

HP has made quality printers for some time. We needed to replace an older one and this one had features that I liked from the last printer at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately it wasn't available at my local Best buy, however it was shipped to my house and actually came a day early!

for the price, this is fantastic so far. thank you for the geek squad's help. the ability to set up w/o having to clutter my cell phone up with more mundane stuff. life is full of clutter, noise and eye clutter. i don't need to know its printing the job, or ran out of paper... i ike the alternative.

Good product haven’t ran into any problems I enjoy the tray to hold papers so I don’t have to feed from the top!

This is the perfect printer for students or people who work from home. It prints just enough pages, makes just enough copies, and takes up just enough space for easy at home printing use. Wouldn't recommend in an office setting for 1000s prints, but perfect for at home printing of study bundles & more.

I really love this printer! The scanner and copier features also work very well. The print is very clear and sharp. I've had different types of printers over the years and I feel that I always come back to the HP All in one printers. Oh and to top it off, this printer is so quiet you don't realize when it is complete. That's sure a plus in my eyes!

Bought this printer after my old HP was broken. I love the design, ease of use & reliability of HPs.

Print quality and readly availalbe cartiges make it easy to use. When scanning documents to convert to PDF an HP Smart account is needed which is easy to set up but it's a bit of an inconvenience when in a hurry.

It came with a bad black ink cartridge. Best Buy wouldn't let me trade for the same printer, nor would they replace the cartridge. I had to do this on my own through HP. So, I printed with just the color cartridge until I got the black. Otherwise, it is a good printer, prints quickly and the quality is great.

You definitely feel the quality with this printer. Upgraded from a budget one and this is amazing. Quick print times, great quality, instant ink subscription is very handy and allows you to not worry about forgetting to buy ink. Best of all, you dont have to connect it to any computer and the app functions perfectly. Color is modern and looks very clean in the office space
