I love this printer. I use it all the time for school and personal printing. I got the instant ink subscription and it is so nice. It tracks the ink amount for me and automatically sends me new ink before I run out. The picture printing is really clear. Super easy to use and set up through the app.

I can't believe how good the pictures that come out of the printer are. And now with the Instant Ink program (I got 7 total months or 2100 pages for FREE by combining promotions in April) I can print anything I want at highest quality. Not having to worry about ink any more has changed the way I think about printing and it has made schoolwork so much easier for me. I love this printer!

This printer is well worth the money. Prints excellent photos. Very easy to setup

Photo quality is amazing and cartridges last for a while. Perfect for home usage. Easy set up. Register for HP Ink program for the cartridges and you are set for when the ink is about to finish. Easy navigation and printing available via wi-fi from any device as far as wi-fi network is same.

I'm a graphic designer and I'm used to working with very high-quality printers and methods. I really needed a printer that wouldn't look terrible to me, but not be massively expensive because I really don't print projects enough to justify the cost or maintenance. I waffled for weeks over what printer to buy and working from home pushed me to go ahead and get one. I'm really happy with the quality of this printer! There are enough settings to configure art prints for home projects, and it's affordable enough to use for daily document printing as well. I was skeptical of instant ink but I'm liking it so far. It's very convenient. I don't print that much so it's good to know that it's keeping an eye on my ink levels for me. Also, this printer is gorgeous. You can't tell online that well, but the matte black with gold accents looks SO nice.

Excellent affordable printer copier scanner - easy to operate with excellent results. Initially, reminder messages kept appearing on my computer screen reminding me to order ink. I contacted HP and they instructed me as to how to turn off the the notices. Otherwise, excellent product as are most HP products.

The printer is a decent photo/ regular printer. The printing is a bit slow, but I'm assuming that the picture quality makes up for it.

This printer was an upgrade from our previous printer. Easy set up even though we are Mac users—which sometimes is a little difficult with some printers.

I bought this product because I had such good success with its predecessor model, and this was an upgrade that was needed for college classes. I still have both printers, as we are a college family, and love to share our writing and pics. The print quality is superior, and the performance excellent.

This is the first wireless printer ive ever purchased or used and i love it! Super simple setup, i was printing in no time. Works flawlessly for what i need although i dont do much other then small documents , letters , and my favorite photos straight from my phone or tablet

My first wireless printer to use with iPhones and iPads. I was able to effortlessly setup printer by myself. Also enrolled in the “ink program” with no difficulties and though I haven’t had the printer long I have had no problems with the printer or ink. The ink was delivered through the mail before I needed it. The quality of the print is wonderful also.

I purchased a printer 18 months ago that never worked. It kept saying installed the ink improperly but it could only go in one way. I waited for over a year before I decided to buy another one. I am surely thrilled that this printer actually works! It was easy to set up and the quality of the print is excellent.

Good overall printer. Setup for wifi printing is impossible. I kept playing with the set-up for many hours over two days. I gave up and called the Geek Squad for a $100 in house set-up. I finally got lucky and it started printing. It is now working just fine so far. However, I have no idea what I did to get it working and doubt I could duplicate the set-up procedure. I did cancel the Geek Squad set-up. Saved the $100.

This printer was easy to set up. Even on a wireless network, love the speed at which it prints, love the ink re-ordering? Also print quality on pictures is phenomenal. Black-and-white is exceptional too. The spinner seems to use a lot of ink, but I guess if you are printing photos it will use a lot. Great bye great printer well done HP

It totally fits my printing needs. Very easy to set up, I wasn't sure if the ink that came with it was attached to the instant ink which I did not want. Its not you just have to use the ink to start the printer up. I didn't have to sign up for instant ink. Definitely a great printer worth the money spent.

cannot get printer to print pictures from dropbox (on computer) onto photo paper loaded in printer. Prints fine on regular paper.

We needed another inkjet printer after our 4520 quit printing for us. Having owned several HP printers, we decided that this one would meet our needs. I haven't printed any pictures on it yet, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed in this one. It was very easy to set up. We ordered it online, then went to our local Best Buy store to pick it up. They were very well organized, and had the printer ready to bring out when we got there. The person who put the printer into our car had on a mask and gloves, so it was a safe exchange. One thing I will mention is that the "setup" cartridges that come in the box are Instant Ink cartridges. If you don't want to sign up for Instant Ink, buy a set of cartridges when you buy this printer. The reason I gave this printer 4 stars instead of 5 is because of this fact. I think you may be required to return the Instant Ink cartridges to HP. Not sure, though, since we signed up for Instant Ink and were given four free months of ink.
