I use it on a desktop so I can download the "app" for scanning and computer maintenance. I have to go to a website and complete options from there...that's annoying.

This printer works with our various items, prints a nice looking page, and was easy to set up.

First time wireless printer, last time purchase

So far we have had to hard reset the printer twice, updated the firmware, had to download the HP printer "Doctor" to only have the printer start a light show when I pressed the cancel button. This printer has already given me a headache and I haven't even had it unpacked for more than an hour. Not having an actual screen makes this printer extremely hard to operate as the touch buttons are slow or do not work when touched and there is a very long delay between button presses and they only light up when pressed so you cannot see what you are pressing until you actually press it.

I just wish I had a screen so I can see if it connected to the internet and what if it doesn’t connect, I can put the password in. I also wish I had the screen to tell me what the ink levels are and such. But that was my mistake
