So far everything is great with this printer. I highly recommend it.

Challenging to set up. Requires smartphone app and instructions are confusing. Lack of display window a definite drawback. Print quality good. Love the automatic duplex printing.

Purchased on Mar 23 and today is Apr 15. Just got it to print a page! HP smart set-up is not smart at all. I am not an IT specialist but the set-up procedure thinks you are. Had to delete and reinstall set up 4 times before it recognized the printer. Finally had to get a printer cable and hook it up that way. WiFi and Bluetooth never did work.

It seems fine now, but it took awhile to figure out that you should turn it on only when you're ready to print something. Leaving it on, it wouldn't print. Also, I would appreciate some kind of booklet explaining how it works.

Not only is it a great product and a good price, the sales person at the Hagerstown Maryland store did a great job helping me narrow down my choices based on my needs.

So far so good. Haven't had to use it much yet.. I wish Microsoft didn't charge to use their app or I would be printing much more.

The associate did a great job of showing me the equipment that would satisfy my needs and setting up a date for it to be installed. I was very pleased with my purchase experience!

I've had it about a month. It's a nice printer but I have had trouble keeping it on my network -- can't tell if that's a problem with the printer or the network. It has very small. flat button on the back that has the universal symbol of power on it. I know it worked when I first set up the printer but now it doesn't depress. If it drops the network, I have to unplug the printer and re-plug it in to get it back on the network. There might be a way to do it through the computer yet. Would be very handy to have some software that would help it re-connect, It's not real fast but prints well.

Just happy with the technological advances that make this All-In-One printer easy and seamless. Only negative is the bright light that stays on where the paper goes which they really don't need. It's annoying.

The printer is working well. I didn't want to utilize WiFi so I had to buy an expensive USB cable to connect the printer to my desktop computer. I think HP should have included that cable in the same box the printer came in.

I end up buying a new printer about every year. I have low expectations for this one. It works as described but has no phone connection for faxing; any faxes must be scanned in and sent by computer.

It's a bit slower to begin to print BUT I appreciate having a printer that actually works! I'm still learning some of what more it can do.

Bluetooth makes it very easy to hook up to phone, computer, etc. and start printing! Very simplistic design, easy to learn.

The printer looks good and works great. With this printer i can print from my iPhone which is great

Best little printer I've ever had. It does everything and it's wireless too!!! I love that. I also joined the lnk program...got my first ink cartridges in the mail today.
