Good Printer but has some clitches!

However, because of the pandemic, we have not had the chance to contact Best Buy with the problems we are experiencing. The two concerns are: 1) the on/off switch does not operate; 2) the printer goes off-line randomly (most likely because of internet provider). The only way to get it back on-line is to disconnect the electrical power cord. (Remember the on/off switch does not work>) Again we like the printer but because of the pandemic we are unable to bring it back to the store.

Good light duty printer

This printer should be removed from the market unless some serious upgrades and improvements are made. Add a screen, for example, and improve its horrible WiFi intermittent connection.
