Minus one star for set up. I’m using this with a desktop and communicates poorly by wireless. Connected it by USB and works great.

This seems like a great printer. The only reason it's not 5 starts is because I had a little problem getting it hooked to all devices.

Works fine. Have not run out of toner or paper yet so may have problem in the future. So far, so good.

Do NOT buy this printer. I bought it in February and it stops working all the time. If you let your HP instant ink trial end, HP remotely disables the printer. If your credit card expires and you haven't given HP your new card number, HP remotely disables the printer. If you print more pages than your estimated number in your instant ink plan, HP remotely disables the printer. I've wasted countless hours troubleshooting and resetting the printer, the app, my wifi network, etc. After researching online, I learned that many people have this issue with the HP "e" products. You are pretty much required to pay them monthly for the ink plan, and they reserve the right to pause printing and also collect your personal data. I am going to throw this in the trash in buy a different brand.

I needed a wireless with a low profile and a low price point. That this one came in white and matches the file cabinets in my dining area/office made it a great fit that way too. If I were doing heavy volume (but I'm not), then it would be too slow and paper capacity would be insufficient. But if I end up having to change my MO, I can always upgrade for a more expensive and heavier-duty machine For what it is and given my current WFH needs, it's exactly right. Very happy with the purchase.

Great printer! Got this for my grandson for his birthday. He has used it a lot since he's having to do remote learning for his junior year of high school. It turned out to be one of the most useful birthday presents he's ever received. Easy to set up and operate from his desktop and iPhone. Has worked flawlessly.

Perfect for at home printing for small tasks. I have had no issues and love the quality of the printing for what I use it for.
