My last one was a flop too. Can't stand when I change ink cartridges & have to print not one but two alignment pages. When it acts up, I'm told to go on line to troubleshoot.

With my home office and classroom needs, I needed a high quality printer to print and scan important documents -without having to go to grocery store, to scan and/or pick up a fax. I can’t be without this printer.

Wondering

Also, it seems you can copy a lot at one time, right now I limit it to about 5 copies then wait a while to try agin for more copies. It's almost like the ink is pre loaded and at one point it won't print that good, so you have to give it a rest. Also, the ink cartridges seem kinda small, so I'll have to see how much it costs and how often it runs out of ink. Should have kept my 6200 but I can't fix soft ware stuff.

Excellent printer if you looking for quality

It too me a while to set it up but after a while I called my son in to set it up. Two clicks and he had my laptop and phone linked to the printer. I gave it a 5 star because the the quality of printing and how fast it prints.
