I was in need of a printer asap and I carefully choose this printer. Not carefully enough, but decided to keep out of necessity. Would not buy again and would not recommend. Had the 3830 before and thought this to be a good replacement. No.

I signed up for instant ink and have been extremely pleased with this service. I love the instant connectivity to the internet. I love the resolution of the print product. I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever and I am NOT technology savvy.

I am an experienced printer purchaser and this unit was the worst I have ever purchased. Firmware issues and scanner never truly worked. Kept it for only a few days and returned it for a Brother MFC-J43350W. The Brother unit worked like a champ right out of the box. Sorry I wasted a bunch of time trying to get the HP to work. After 40+ years of dedicated HP purchasing (for my businesses and for me personally), I won't buy another HP for a long while. Too bad for sure.....
