Not a good printer

Good for what I needed at the moment

Spend a little more look at something with the control panel on it. If you likeSomething that is based entirely off your phone then this is the printer for you but if you’re like me and you like a control board on the printer then this is definitely not the printer for you.

After 12 months always smeary from black ink, even after cleaning, aligning etc. 14 months black ink stop printing all together. The cartridges move etc as if printing but come out blank. Tried new cartridges, cleanings, reboots, resets. Nothing worked. Going back to Cannon.

HP Envy Pro Printer

Photo printing is good but only complaint is the control panel. The icons light up when in use but they are very faint. It prints fairly fast and I love the Instant ink plan. I am satisfied so far.

HP now has this program that they’ll monitor your ink and even paper usage and send you more before you run out. I do the ink because it’s cheaper and I despise going out to get it.

Good as a printer, copier, BUT...

As a result, I have an all-in-one printer-copier, but cannot figure out how to work the scanner or if it is even hooked up. I cannot fully rate a product when I cannot use all its features, particularly the one I really wanted.

Poor Wireless Function
