I could not get it to function after initial set up! Set up went great, turned it off for the night, upon turning it on again...nothing!!!!! I called a I took it back to the store and they said they thought I got a bad unit...I wasn't willing to take a chance on another of the same.

The only reason for our lower rating is due to how hard it is to see the physical buttons on printer. Also, the setup was a bit confusing because of the need for our computer to be on the WiFi. Even though the WiFi network and the hardline network are the same.

Nice printer but not as user friendly as i hoped

No power button so have to unplug it to turn it off. If power goes out, must unplug it to reset so it will resume print function. No buttons. Only flat display. Takes some getting used to if your an old school person with minimal technology experience.

It was super easy to set up and I love how you can print and do things from your phone since it is bluetooth. I would 100% recommend this to a friend or family member. It's AMAZING!!!
