Do not buy this printer

I have had 2 different Geek Squad people here to help me get the printer to work. It works while they are here but once they leave, I am unable to print from any device, This is my 4th HP printer and probably my last. I plan to return it to Best Buy, I would NOT recommend this printer at all!

Mixed Results

However, there is an issue with the driver as color print options are not available for computer files. Color is only available for scanning and copying. I have also been having a problem logging into Web Services to use the Instant Ink service. I keep getting a server unavailable message.

Stay away from HP printers

It never connected to my wifi network even sitting right next to the modem/router and my laptop. HP customer service was hopelessly useless. I would NEVER recommend this or any other HP product to any of my friends.

All in one, does it all pretty well

Overall this is a much better printer than the one it is replacing.
