The document feeder does not work. Issues ranged from the printer not connecting to the feeder not being able to pick up the pages for scanning. It just clicks repeatedly. It was a waste of time trying to troubleshoot it. Might as well bought a printer without a document feeder.

Do not buy unless you have the best wifi and knowledge of technology. This printer is a scam and a half.
It does not come with a cord option to hook up to computer so you must rely on wifi.
It does not come with a book of instructions.
Instead you have to push random buttons to use your own ink to get bits and pieces of instructions for it to still not work. And there is no person to contact. Just more instructions online that require some username and password that you dont have.
I'm ready to throw this thing on the pavement and stomp on it. I don't have and hour to waste figuring out why there is no connection every time I want to print or scan something. Then to have it magically work when I leave the room. THEN to have it randomly stop working due to no connection two minutes later without me touching anything. If you want to experience a migraine.. buy it.

I Just found out it's too late to take this product back, I just bought it 2 weeks ago and have yet to figure it out. I like HP but I'm not sure about this printer. It has no instructions with it. You have to find them online and your printer prints most of them out when you go online. Which by the way it should have come with a rem of paper for this. I hope I end up learning how to use it, and like it ... so far I'm not sure. 2 week return window..... ridiculous! It takes that long to install it, and I still have it hard lined into my computer because it kept going offline... So much for wireless so far, can't figure it out. I'm not that old either! Many times I've wanted to throw this thing against the wall. Very frustrating!

Everything is great, easy connection, print in color and black and white is good. My biggest problem is the printer is extremely slow. My last printer was $60 and could print 3 sheets by the time this printer finishes 1. For the price, I was hoping for something faster.

This worked intermittently for us - any print job with multiple pages would jam (and forget printing double sided). We ended up returning to Best Buy (and giving stars simply on the basis of good customer service!).

It does the job, pretty slow compared to the lexmark printer i got but what can you expect for this price range, it doesn’t print directly from websites or apps most of the time. Gotta save the stuff on your local drive and access it from the hp app to do the job.

Worst printer ever. I have never had any problems with hp products but this printer is not good. Don't waste your money. Keep calling hp tech for help and they are very helpful but with time the problem continues, it prints pages by itself. And a lot of paper jams.

The constant light is annoying. My home office is in the loft and bedroom doors must be closed to prevent glow at night. I previously had an Officejet and this printer is much slower. There is a lag in the response time from my computer as well as slow print time in comparison.
