Very content with my recent purchase. Set-up took about 15 minutes with the easy to use HP app. 5/5 recommend. Ink included, however printing paper is not =P

Great printer for the money, ever since I purchased it, I enrolled on the HP program and boy , I never have bought any more ink .

It is exactly as expected. Printing is extremely clear and fast. Copying function is easy to use. Thanks for a great product and fast and easy purchase.

The copies are clean and clear. The printer is quick, but not very quiet. The biggest problem is the printer will NOT stay connected to wifi. If a computer or the printer is turned off, then it takes major reconfiguring to reconnect the printer, usually disconnecting the power cord from the printer, waiting 15 seconds and reconnecting. I have contacted customer support 3 times. This is as good as it gets. Spend more money and get a better printer.

I purchased this printer to be able to print wirelessly with any device or from any device in our home. I have had the “offline” issue continuously. I have had to call HP several times for assistance. I am not sure if this is an ISP issue or a printer issue. It has become extremely frustrating. I had to call HP 3 times last week and they had to find IP addresses and help me troubleshoot the issue. Everyday when I attempt to print wirelessly I have to power off the printer. When I do this sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I am tempted to return this particular printer. Anyone have any suggestions on a wireless printer that doesn’t give you so many issues when trying to print wirelessly?

Disappointed! I never got to use this item before the limited 14 day return/exchange policy. Printer never successfully printed due to paper jamming constantly on side. Guessing the rollers are faulty considering one side pulls through and the other doesn’t. Tried to take back to Best Buy but they couldn’t do anything because of a ridiculously short exchange/return policy. Sent me on my way to contact the manufacturer.

I love this printer is the best. It is small and not big plus the it has endless options to scan , print , and fax ! Great for your office or home.

Very happy with this printer; easy to use, easy to install ink, and the colors and quality are great. Pick up at Best Buy was fast and the staff were courteous.

IT WORKS!!! however, I am disappointed that I purchased this online based on its looks and how it would fit with my home decor. Firstly, there are NO BUTTONS!! There are lights all over it that light up to alert you to something. But the way to find out is through the APP. If I am standing in front of this machine, I do not want to locate my phone or go to my computer to figure out what a particular light is alerting me. Whoever designed this made it more complicated than it has to be. I dislike the fact that almost EVERYTHING in the world is becoming APP BASED. I dont want to operate things from an APP, I want to click on print or be alerted from the machine when it needs paper. not refer to the app

Easy to use fun to scan edit and print family photos and stickers with the kiddos. Great for business use secured and private when using the HP app!

It’s very hard to work it . Sometimes gets a signal and works others more dont work

it has turned into a horror of a machine. I purchased it as an upgrade to the HP similar model that did not have a document feeder therefore only will do one page at a time. The document feeder model holds up to 36 pages at a time. This serves the need quite well. It was OK till I received the ink program replacement printer cartridges. Even though it showed as registered etc it failed after the cartridge change. Fror 3 days on phone with 9 calls correction was non existent. Now it is not set, it does nothing. Save money and look for something else. Approach the Best Buy personnel and the Geek quad direct. They are great helpers.

This is a great printer. Very slim so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. I was also able to get the unending ink. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I’m was hesitant on this purchase but I’m glad to say it’s the best printer I’ve owned. Very convenient on the wireless printing. Set up is easy.

We really like this printer. My only qualms are with the HP Smart app in reference to scanning and design of the buttons on the printer. You have to use the app to scan a document via the printer - so, if the app isn’t functioning, you’re unable to use the scanner.

Nice easy to use printer, scanner and copier. Just use the HP app and connect to your wireless internet and you are ready to go.

So easy to set up!! I was done in less than 15 minutes. And that’s saying a lot for someone with super weak skills in any dealings with technology!!
