No Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased went home spend 21/2 hours with HP couldn’t get it to print or scan,returned it next day repurchased same model and Spend 11/2on phone with HP and they couldn’t get it to work. HP rep. Said Best Buy must have gotten a bad batch of printers. Spoke with a supervisor at HP and got nowhere with resolution. Spoke with tech support at Best Buy and they were no help either.

Its wireless feature keeps getting kicked off by something. Even the techs can't figure out why it keeps kicking off. Not a fan of the soft 'light up Control panel'. Too complicated.

The power cord is very short which limits where it it is put and the initial printer cartridges included don't last long at all. Guess it shouldn't be a surprise. No issues. Works great otherwise.

Turn it off and on again

Perhaps we just got a lemon, but returned it and got a different printer. Hopefully the new one is more reliable.
