Does the job

My only qualms are with the HP Smart app in reference to scanning and design of the buttons on the printer. You have to use the app to scan a document via the printer - so, if the app isn’t functioning, you’re unable to use the scanner.

The power cord is very short which limits where it it is put and the initial printer cartridges included don't last long at all. Guess it shouldn't be a surprise. No issues. Works great otherwise.

Its wireless feature keeps getting kicked off by something. Even the techs can't figure out why it keeps kicking off. Not a fan of the soft 'light up Control panel'. Too complicated.

Turn it off and on again

Perhaps we just got a lemon, but returned it and got a different printer. Hopefully the new one is more reliable.
