With about 8 hours of work with HP, they finally said return the printer. When the second printer arrived, another call to HP support was necessary because the printer did not automatically connect to the wireless service I have as it was supposed to. With another hour, finally it worked. I would not buy this model of printer again. Simply put, you should just be able to open the box, plug it in and have it work!

Crappy Copier

Pretty good for lighter use. Too slow to process a document to print sent from computer. A kinda finicky machine. Can't use heavy paper nor better paper. Loses the WiFi signal too often. Use the cable for computer/printer connection and skip WiFi.

Offline issue

After turning computer off, Always shows printer offline and is unable to be used. Seems to be a MAJOR HP problem. Seems to be a Windows 10 known issue with HP printers. Any fix, permanent, would be very helpful!! Does me no good to have to reinstall or turn equipment on or off with each use. No fix, will be returning and switching brands. 2nd model with same problem
