I have just spent ANOTHER 3 hours on phone with HP support because i wanted to print one thing. They could not in 3 hours get it to work. It is a nightmare. In the 4 months I've had it i have had to call hp support about 6 times and usually could Still not get it to work. Maybe this one printer is a lemon.... but this is my 4th HP and this is the only one I've had issues with....

Geek Squad needs more training.

I had a friend try for 3 hours to do it, but in the end, I brought it back. The Geek Squad rep told me that I should have had them hook it up then when I got home someone would come to my house, for $50.00 and hook it up in my house. Yet the reviews said someone had it working in 5 minutes. Very unhappy with the Geek Squad rep.

I haven't changed the ink yet, nor have I printed out my first novel but, for the price, the font is above average, very little if any fuzziness. The price was worth the investment and I quickly realized that by utilizing the opinions of former purchasers to guide my decision, I may fare better by pulling the purchasing plug.
