I bought the HP envy because the set via HP app was supposed to be easy. That failed afterany attempts. I finally called geek squad who sent me a YouTube link on how to set up via USB cable. Got it to work but it still does not recognize some of my devices. The ink uses up way to fast and the ink promotion that HP offers seems like a rip off. Absolutely the worst. Should have gotten a brother.

The ink cartridges didn't work probably and rhw wifi connection is tenuous. It disconnects from our network on a regular basis and every time it has to be restarted and reinstalled on the network. It won't print from 3 of the 5 computers in the house and the print quality isn't great. Do yourself a favot and buy something else.

Cannot get through an hour without error notice or slowing down. Have improved wifi in office, still a problem. Would return except too much trouble after waiting 2 wks for pickup notice from date online originally gave. Only good part was store pickup-- that went smoothly.
