Too late to return when I found that out. Wish the salesperson had made me aware this could be a problem. When there is a salesperson it seems they should give advice. I certainly am not the most techy person. Waited for my son to come to install the printer and then it was past the 14 day return policy. Need to stop buying from Beat Buy!

Extremely frustrating to use wirelessly

It works about 20% of the time. 80% of the time I have to restart the print job to get it working. It often disconnects from the wireless and won't reconnect without me unplugging the printer. I've had it for 3 weeks. Also the buttons on it are so hard to read or understand.
