Clearly prints info sheet, but not docs sent

This wouldn't trouble me per time/usage, BUT when we print the info sheet direct from the printer - The black ink looks fabulous! What a racket. The software controls are to insure you replace the cartridges - whether it is needed or not. I don't know what I expected, but I had hopes the software was to help, not impede progress.

I had to send it back to the company and the new printer they sent me is doing the same thing. It won't stay connected to the internet so it goes ibto error mode. I wish that i had never purchased it. I'm wasting lots of ink & paper talking to hp support to fix the problem.

Decent printer at a reasonable price

This was one of only two printers on their shelf. The other unit was a laser jet that went for $400 and was rather large. So we went with the HP-Envy 6455. So far it prints OK when it is connected to my laptop via Bluetooth. Problem is I've had to re-connect to it multiple times in just over a month. Not a huge deal just a bit of a pain in the butt.
