I had to send it back to the company and the new printer they sent me is doing the same thing. It won't stay connected to the internet so it goes ibto error mode. I wish that i had never purchased it. I'm wasting lots of ink & paper talking to hp support to fix the problem.

This was one of only two printers on their shelf. The other unit was a laser jet that went for $400 and was rather large. So we went with the HP-Envy 6455. So far it prints OK when it is connected to my laptop via Bluetooth. Problem is I've had to re-connect to it multiple times in just over a month. Not a huge deal just a bit of a pain in the butt.

It stopped printing after a few weeks. The cost for the ink was the only reason for purchasing the printer.

There is NO local printer interface; the only way to access it is from a cell phone, other mobile device and sometimes from a PC/laptop. From the our laptop we got an error code and had had to delete the print job from the print spooler, also it takes an inordinate amount of time to get any kind of response from the spooler. From my PC I was unable to wake up the printer with a print job. There isn’t any local button press to wake up the printer. Using my phone I was unable to connect to the printer either. This may be an OK printer for some. Not sure the marketing.
