Sad thing I bought another from Beat Buy and it is not working

It is slow and less user friendly than my previous printer. I replace my HP Officejet Pro 6978 because it had a clogged ink (blue) cartridge. I am very disappointed with the new printer, but I needed it for my work and after numerous long telephone conversations with HP I gave up and had to replace it with the ENVY.
