It is going to the trash aftrer only a year. HP's only focus is selling more ink, not making a reliable printer/scanner. Unlike past printers that have worked on the same WiFi, this one constantly goes offline. The HP software is also a barrier to efficient operation.

I did not use a wire to connect it to my computer, and printing was slow to say the least! When you have a house full of people using the same printer, you need it to work!

I am use to scanning directly from my old printer, you can only use the HP Smart app to scan from this printer. This printer is not user friendly and hard to figure out and just stating the obvious it’s not cheap! I would take it back but it’s open and I’ve finally figured out how to work the thing.

It arrived the same day that I ordered it. It was exactly what I wanted and the purchase was made easy online. I would want you to know that after the purchase I received many emails asking if everything was OK. That’s customer service at Best Buy.

First test print had a line in the blue squares. I think I did about 15 test prints and alignments without any improvement. Other than the blue line, I'm sure the prints would have come out just fine. Maybe it was an old cartridge, I don't know. I wasn't offered any solutions when I returned it.
