Looks like HP was going after lower market pricing. To get there they may have removed features/tools and added 6 months of free Ink. There are features no longer built into the lower-cost machines. My choice was to stay with an older printer or go Cannon,

Needed to be reinstalled twice so far.
Can't get the copier to work.
Already out of ink.
This was supposed to be simple - easy to install and use.

After about a year of use this printer decided it will no longer remain on standby or connected to wifi. Every single day it needs to be unplugged and reset. About to take a look around and see who still makes quality printers.

I been with HP for 4 years and they never let me down.... i loveeeeeeee this printer it came quick, it’s easy set up, the double side is a PLUS being in this pandemic having to home school... ink is pretty expensive though that’s the only not ok thing but hey gotta pay more for good quality

Do not like the paper feeder. Hard to put paper in.
Too many lights re. set up. I have always had HP printers . The ones a few years ago were much easier to use. Just put the paper in and the copy was made.
The new ones are too cheap..

Horrible decision to buy this printer. You cannot just print, you to disconnect it, reconnect it, then accept a security document, before printing. Now, it won't connect to wifi, after trying every troubleshooting option they told me to try. I waited too long to return it, so I have ordered a different brand. Would not recommend it.
