The installers Eddie and Frank did an excellent job. They were in and out very quickly and left us with the washer and dryer operating. They were polite and very helpful!! we are very happy with both the washer and dryer so far.

Needed a printer that despenses ink even & for many copies. Spoke to a staff member who worked in the printer/laptop area. This HP was highly recommended

This is another excellent product from HP. I just bought it to replace another HP Envy which scanner stopped working. I was very keen on getting a printer with automatic feeder and this product surely delivers. Highly recommended

This printer goes to sleep and will not wake up intil it is unplugged and plugged in again. It does not work. Is not productive.

Bought this for my new College Student (Daughter) Works great for her.

Horrible. Jammed all the time for no clear reason and clearing the jam didn’t even fix the issue. Never got a live support person to assist me.

It is a good product and works well. accomplish the task at a fair price.

Garbage. Didn't even last a year.... Ho support and warranty is an absolute joke

I am really disappointed in this product. It only worked for 7 months. Then it just stopped working. I print a lot of things and you can imagine my surprise when I went to print my documents and the only warranty was to send it back to the manufacturer.

Product is okay at this time. had to reset the connection per phone.

I've had nothing but trouble with the printer. HP cartridges not working, won't print part of the time, not way to do any ratio copying. Error codes all the time.

This is a great printer and definitely happy with its functions. I am still getting acquainted with it but so far, no disappointment. I will be able to give a better review after I’ve had time to use the different functions it offers.

Purchased this printer less than a month ago, has been very good so far, it's capabilities are more than what I need but at least I know they are there, would recommend to anyone looking for printer that does all the basic things well

As a home printer this one is tops. The quality of the photos is clear and crisp. I had hesitated in purchasing a home printer as I had been using my work printer for many years, but since working from home, it became a necessity.

I usually post positive reviews. My only issue with this item is that the “2 months worth of ink cartridges” was not accurate. I printed 5 color photos and a few black and white documents before having to purchase new ink.

Horrible printer. Jams all the time. They try to rip you off by selling you an ink service. Hard to use.
