Not at all suited for an office . Also it is a outright lie to say 6 months of instant ink-it didn't even last a month printing less than 30 sheets

Very nice printer, but goes to sleep

The only problem is that it goes to sleep, and when you try to copy or print it won't work. You need to unplug printer and plug it in again to have it wake up.

I have to turn it on and off, wait a while and then call someone who is gadget smart to come over and work out the problems. I do this every time I need to use the printer. Easy Setup, Good for WFH

I didn't want one at quite this price but it's relatively quick, simple setup/use and the ink is slightly cheaper than competitors. Wireless setup was fast, no complaints so far.

Owner’s instructions are very poorly written-had to go online to seek answers to this issue. Who needs a blue nightlight?

My only complaint if you have it placed in an enclosed room with poor ventilation like an office and tend to keep the doors closed to keep the kids out, the printer makes the room smell like a donkey behind when sitting overnight not in use.

Faxes must come through an app on your cell phone. The ink cartridges it came with were only starter packs, so don't depend on them if you do a lot of printing. Be sure to purchase extra ink.
