HP used to be a good company

It was exchanged for an Envy 7155 which has taken almost two weeks tow get up and running, I won't say satisfactorily as it only happened today, my experience with HP over the last month and half has been at best, disgusting from your women who answer the phone who don't listern, They ask. when you ask to speak to a human what you want, you repeat, speak to a human not a machine, then they ask are you calling from Canada or the US, I tell them the US, then they ask what do you use your printer for, I tell them home, Then they ask Windows or Mac, I tell them mac, so they always connect me to windows and twice have connected me to Canada. but every time towindows.If they don't hear right or they do it on purpose they should all be fired. there is no excuse for that.

Frequently offline. Printing is very unreliable. When it does print, it does NOT print the entire document, just a few lines. Numerous calls to HP tech support has not solved the issue.

I did ask the sales person if this had a fax on it. She said yes.. I still can’t fax. Then when making a copy, the paper got stuck which I couldn’t get it out.

This printer scans but there isn’t a scan button to press. You have to generate a scan online. It took me very little time to set up but using this printer/scanner takes some time to get use too!!

The ENVY6400 series have several models and I could not find my printer model on the HP Smart on line help.

I have had nothing but issues whit my printer since I got it. If I need to print something, I have to unplug it and try to get it to print after startup before it goes offline again.
