I HP did not honor the advertisement for 3 months of free delivery ink. Apparently I should have had a promotional card in my box and it was not there. I had a good printer which I have away after I got this one. I wished I had kept my old HP 7000 series. This one doesn’t have the view screen like my old one. Im not able to scan documents like before. I’m not happy with this one at all.

I purchased this product on 11/24/20. I am not a prolific printer, and yet this printer needed new cartridges after I printed a 45 page document. To make matters worst, this printer doesn't have a dialog screen on it to communicate to the user. You have one choice, which is to press a Info button. It generates a printout, even though nothing else does. I not to happy with this printer.

First, I can’t say what happened with the ink supply in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less yet than ones in our Instant Ink program. Still, the number of pages you mention seems quite low. A third possibility is the printer is not reading the cartridges correctly and is giving an inaccurate reading.

Printer works at times, then for some reason the computer won’t connect to the printer. I tried getting help through chat and that didn’t work well. Found the manual on line after long research. Still couldn’t get it going. I just uninstalled it, then re installed it again, with hopes it stays working with out anymore issues.
