When you buy from Best Buy, you have certain expectations of customer service. This is the first time you have failed to meet those expectations and failed miserably. My wife and I both have home businesses. We bought the HP Envy from Best Buy at the end of June 2020. This HP product chewed through the initial ink cartridges in 2 weeks! When we tried to get replacement cartridges they were not in stock. We purchased another printer from Best Buy that showed ink was readily available. When I went to the Conyers, GA store the manager would not accept the return of the printer since we had gone over the normal refund period of 2 weeks. This is outrageous! This has impacted both of our businesses significantly. Once my payment for the printer has been made on my Best Buy card, I will be cancelling my account with Best Buy forever.

I have been unable to use the printer because I can't get it connected, even with the Geek Squad assistance. I had to schedule a Geek Squad technician to make an expensive home appointment, which I couldn't get until January 6. I will have had the printer for nearly a month by then. Very disappointing. This, despite the fact that I purchased the Geek Squad policy. Why should I have to pay for the appointment when I bought the policy?!

A Frustrating Experience

Envy Pro 6455: Used a comparable Cannon with the same setup for years that worked very well. I use it in a wireless configuration. Print and Scan quality very poor. Performance consistency very poor as well. Have to keep reseting and trying things to get it to work. I've gone through troubleshooting with HP to no resolve. They replaced the unit and still having similar issues. I've wasted 6 months trying to ge useful performance. I have had enough. I will go buy another Cannon product. I see some good reviews on this machine, but I've tried 2 of them and it is simply unusable. Tech support was unable to resolve the issues and I gave this product way too much of my time.
