    I am very satisfied with the new printer, but I didn't realize that I also received the 6 months of Instant Ink subscription. I need to know how I can cancel that subscription at the end of the 6 month period. I also didn't receive an instruction booklet with my new printer. How do I get an instruction booklet for my new printer?

    I really haven’t tried all that this machine can do. I bought it primarily to make copies. That it does. I like the feed feature, as opposed to manually copying one piece at a time. I’d say it’s a great value.

    Prints When it Wants Too...Not When You Need It To

    Complete Garbage. Loses Wifi connection every time you shut it down, but dries the ink up super fast if you leave it on. I have NEVER had so much trouble with a printer that makes me completely re-install software and drivers every time I turn it off. And the best part of all this...there is NO display screen on this model that tells you what is going on. Instead HP thought it would be a good idea to use a RGB LED and have different colors signal different issues. Wow, I really hope the person at HP that came up with this idea was fired. I will never purchase HP products again as I have had issues with many of their products. Go with Cannon printers instead. They are great, don't lose the wifi connection, can leave them on and they go into power save mode and don't dry up the ink, and they include a LCD screen that tells you in English when there is an issue. HP has always been over priced junk.

    It worked well most of the time. There were times where there were back to back to back paper jams. Clearing jams was easy. The Instant Ink service worked just as advertised. Good printer for occasional small printing and scanning jobs.

    This printer is almost identical to my last printer, just a slight model number difference. But I have had problems wilth this one printing timely. Sometimes it will take up to 30 minutes for it to clear the delay. Also when downloading the smart printer app, the printer app is missing. The app that tells you your ink levels and to set up scanning is not there. I will call HP to get help...so no need to contact me, but just because you asked for a review.

    I rarely write a review for a product. If it does what it is supposed to do why do I need to write a review. But this printer is a piece of junk. I am CONSTANTLY getting a Printer is Offline message. Spend a lot of time reconnecting - print once, goes back offline. Can't print when I need to. No port for hardwiring. DO NOT BUY THIS printer unless you want to elevate your stress level and spend an enormous amount of time fixing this problem every time you want to print.

    Somewhat disappointed. After minimal use printing one page items the printer jammed. I have to go to the help site to see if I can figure out how to fix it.

    Horrible printer. I never expected newer HP models like this to be so bad and it's rare for me to really bash something like this. Should really be like a $50 printer tops given how inconsistent/buggy this is. It's a printer with little to no physical buttons which has to be done completely from the HP app. Meaning there's an extra step to every simple printer task. You have to deal with the bugs of the app, the printer disconnecting, constantly logging back in. This things sucks.
