The HP ENVY 6455e Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer is a good quality printer. Overall function of the printer is great. Prints quickly with good quality. My only reservation has been that the printer goes into an offline mode. This occurred in the first two months of use. This renders the printer ineffective to print when it is in this status. It is not easy to get the printer back on-line. Additionally, a USB cord to hook directly from the computer to the printer is not included in the purchase, so that is not a handy backup. HP support is helpful but takes a lot of time. Recommend HP include a USB cord as a backup and include in the cost of the unit.

Very easy to install. Being WiFi enabled is very convenient and the ability to print docs from your phone is great! Good Quality.

I bought this to replace a canon that broke after 5 weeks. I really like it. I print and serve legal papers, about 1200 pages a month. I print several serves at a time. The control panel is on the front so it’s easy to see for short people and it’s not a typical black and grey screen. I can set it to print double sided. When it’s finished printing it plays a little chime, which I love. I start all my printing and go about my day, when I hear the chime I go file the individual serve and then continue on again. My only complaint is that it prints WAY TOO SLOW. I’m not saving a lot of time with this printer, but I’m definitely saving the frustration involved in constantly “fixing” why it won’t print.

Works great easy set up nice design new printer great compact design

I needed to get a new printer since Cannon did not provide an updated driver for its printer to work with my Mac Catalina OS. I picked this one as I have had good luck with HP Envy in the past. Set up was really easy and I had everything working great in minutes. Worked fine for copying and scanning for a couple of weeks and then suddenly I couldn't get it to work. Trouble shooting showed the printer was connected to wifi OK, but not recognized in my Mac. I'm not sure what happened, but I reinstalled everything and its now working again. HP Smart app that is included is nice. Lets hope it keeps connected and recognized in my Mac OS

I was in need of a home printer and did not want to spend too much money but still get something decent. I came across the floor model product and started to compare it to the other models I saw. It had everything I needed and the price was right. I’m very happy with my purchase. It also came with ink inside the box. This was great.

It’s a great printer once you figure out how to set it up. No actual printed instructions. You have to download the app and figured it out from there. Ink doesn’t last as long as some others. Still, a very affordable and quality printer.

The HP ENVY 6455e is okay for families. It has a very low page yield for both black-only and color prints, which results in a high cost-per-print since you need to replace the cartridges often other than that their printing quality is excellent.

So far so good. We've only had it for a few days, but the print quality is nice. It takes some getting used to not having a display screen, but so far it hasn't been a problem. I appreciate the Instant Ink program as well, very convenient. It took about 12 hours for the setup to go through overnight, but after that, everything worked well.
