East to use and set up. Also low profile so it doesn’t take up much space

Everything I want or need in a printer. The best, easiest to set up, to operate, with added features I wasn’t even looking for or aware of! And ink cartridges are simpler (only two - color and black and white). Ink replacement hassles are gone - I set the printer’s use to be tracked. When it needs ink, replacement is sent. No monthly charge, but is based on printing, and charged accordingly. And less than $200 for the printer. That’s what I wanted!

The printer itself has so far provided very good printing. However, I have had several problems regarding communications with my computer. I believe that it is not the computer (HP laptop, Windows 11), since it works fine with a second (HP 7640) printer. The computer sometimes would not recognize the printer. I tried both WiFi and USB connections, and also tried the HP Smart Printing app with same problems. After deleting and re-installing the printer, it seems to be working OK now on WiFi. I hope this has solved the problem.

This is my second one, first purchased about 2 months ago and just stopped working. Luckily I purchased insurance on it so I would recommend the same. However when it did work, it worked great.

I'm just learning all the ways to use the printer and so far it's going well. The quality of printing is very good and I'm pleased with the product.

Great printer, great print quality, silent while printing so that's a plus. The LED status light makes it look elegant and aesthetic. It's a little bit annoying that you have to use the HP Smart to print and scan everytime. Sometimes you have to restart the printer to be able to use it. HOWEVER, it might be me that I don't know how to properly use the printer still.

I like the quality of printing but, compared to my last (cheaper) HP printer, it is a bit confusing to use. I must admit that I am not very tech savvy, though.

Printer has a nice look to it, it’s sturdy and provides good quality prints. The App can be a bit more user friendly since you will be doing most of the commands there.

The HP-Envy Pro 6455 printer oesn’t take up much space. Prints quietly and well. Love the printing options : in color or b&w; single page or double-sided. Initially had confusion on setting up with home wifi. After calling customer service, wifi connection was successful. Ease of use makes this purchase a great buy.
