When the need to print documents arose, I didn't hesitate to go to Best Buy. Great deals, great prices, very well defined quality. Undoubtedly the best decision, today everything is perfect, they are the best in the market with the best offers!!! I have no doubts but I do have proofs!!!

I've used hp products all my life and as always this printer is affordable and accurate, good with ink as any other and sturdy with lots of pets around and on top of the thing!

I like the light effect on the printer. Besides that this is still a ink printer. You will need to change inks out in a short period of time. Mom insisted to get this kind, so…

Just set it up - appears to work. Not fond of the light, in the paper feed area, that stays on constantly (see attached image). Would not have purchased had I been aware of this 'feature'.

By far the best printer to date. Lights up, advises when there is an error. Never jams and is light weight. Perfect for a single lady.

Disconnects frequently from Wi-Fi and tough to get it to reconnect

Set up ok but don’t bother with the auto ink purchase. After multiple times on the phone and online trying to set it up, frustration prevailed. I will just go buy it at the store. Prints fast but jams frequently. Okay quality. Nice feature that it talks to you and chimes.

This printer is very easy to setup and very easy to use. If your looking for a traditional printer. This is not for you! If your up to date with using apps to do everything for you, then your on the right track. The HP Smart App is easy to use and it’s what u use for this printer . Bought it for work at home use and it’s doing great (PS I don’t miss the office lol). Oh oh oh…wait I must tell you about the scan…..this actually uses both glass feed and top feed scan options!!! Yessss I know awesome for someone who is always scanning docs. Ok I’m done. Go enjoy your printer !

Old printer stopped working and this was all that was available but the set up was really easy. So far everything is working well. I enrolled for the ink to be mailed to me when it’s low- thought it was a good perk!! I also enjoy the lights on the printer !!

This printer is amazing due to the ease of use with every option listed in the menu. Also no need of an app or holding certain button to set up.
