Her laptop would not connect wirelessly for some reason. Hardwired is not a big deal though. The printing works great.

Excellent photo printing Take advantage of the free ink for 6 months from hp. Using the good photo paper you honestly would be able to tell they were done on a home made printer or at a photo shop.

HP Envy 6455e printer

The printer has no control buttons and must be run through HP Smart program from my computer. It is now working, but buying it was a case of "over-kill" My old HP ENVY 4520 printer was much better for me.

Good replacement printer

I have had no issues with it since i bought it and set it up. The 1 thing i still have to get used to is the light above the catch tray is always on and it makes a sound when the printing job is finished.

I tried to do the "smart hp" thing for wireless, but too complicated. It makes very sharp printing and coping.
