Not hard to install if you follow the steps. I have 7 kids. So one kid prints, then another. Then I try on my computer. Says the printer is offline. Don't know why. But quick a quick fix. Just unplug it and plug it back in. Doesn't happen much. But overall a good printer. I've had this printer for 4 weeks. It happened twice the first week and once last week. So far it is a good printer.

I tried to do the "smart hp" thing for wireless, but too complicated. It makes very sharp printing and coping.

Had some initial scan issues but that was resolved with the online chat with HP. So glad that I dumped my old Canon.

Good value, minor functional connect/netwerk issue

Has good features although I would like to eventually look into the epson ecotank again, which I do regret returning over summer! I dont care for the instaink program much, but i dont use the printer excessively enough to worry as of yet. Lastly, I do tend to have some issues when the powe goes on/off, rhe connection gets lost and takes a while to get established.

My kids love it being able to print pictures from there phone. Very convenient being able to use from any device. App not to great. Wish it was able to print and copy legal size. My fault was in a rush for a replacement printer and that was the first one recommended. Overall great printer does what it says it will do.
