Faster and super easy to setup! I work from home and I love it.

I was surprised with this printer. I was an avid canon person. When my canon quit and I need to get a new printer ASAP this HP one was available. Once set up, this printer produces beautiful print pages quickly. I like the sheet feeder on the top. Very pleasantly surprised with how this printer performs.

Works great so far. Been using it over a month. Really like being able to print stuff from my phone 2 to 3 hours away from printer.

I've been using products from the HP envy line since 2015 when I entered my Master's of Science program. I immediately fell in love the the HP Envy laptop after my original machine died. I was so impressed that I also bought the printers that go with it. I travel frequently and needed more than one printer, and initially used my laptops and printers for school, transitioning to work and business use. Fast forward to my most recent move, and I needed a new printer while traveling. I bought another HP Envy printer that worked great in the location of purchase, but wouldn't connect once I moved, so I needed another printer. I decided on another HP Envy, and bought it from Best Buy. Unfortunately, out of the box the HP Envy 6455e printer never worked. I'm a Best Buy Total protection customer so I called for tech support, and was eventually connected to an expert agent. The agent couldn't get the printer to print, and it wasn't correctly sensing that the machine had paper, which it did. I then scheduled a same day Geek Squad appointment to have the machine looked at in person. When I arrived at my Best Buy store, the technician informed me that they didn't repair printers at the location. I ended up returning my printer because I only had 4 more days to return it, and I knew I wouldn't have time during the week. I ended up with the base model of the same model series: HP Envy 6000e. This printer connected easily and effortlessly without any issues out of the box. This is what I'm accustomed to with the HP Envy suite of products. I was hopeful with the original 6455e printer, it had pretty lights and nice sounds but it never worked.

excellent as a copier and scanner. need to use the app but is very easy to use.

HP has made this such an easy set up . When I purchased this online ,there were only 2 options in the Hp line . I chose the Pro . The price was right , free delivery , set up went without a hitch . Prints well too .

Very nice for the price. A bit slow but ok for the house.

It prints well and the color is good. It is slow to print at times and frequently goes offline and I have to unplug it and plug it back in, then it works again.

My first printer! The thing is terrific. Easy set up. Clean looking. Nice lights and sounds telling me what it's doing. Beautiful photo prints. I was so concerned it'd be a frustrating and futile endeavor to set it up but it was SO SIMPLE and it works so very well. I just love it!

For those who are not very technologically inclined, it is slightly challenging to install, but easy to use.

It’s simple easy and efficient. Setting up was easy. Only thing I would like to find out, can you turn off the light above the paper tray? It’s too bright and not needed. Let me know.

Printer is not that easy use without a screen. You have to remember what the icons mean that light up. After 18 months it started to have problems connecting to WiFi and not recognizing a print signal. Two months later after a router password change it refused to connect to the router. Printer broadcasts its name during setup but will not connect. Time to try a different brand

Good printer, Easy set-up, Wireless is great! Compact size is nice but it has limited paper storage

My old HP printer died recently and I purchased the HP-ENVY 6455e. It was a bit challenging to set up, but HP support was great. I can be technology challenged at times. HP support was very patience with me and professional. Printer is more compact and quieter for my home office.

Perfect for home office / shared printer with multiple people working from home. Super easy setup with the Smart app. Can't beat the warranty and transitioned my HP Instant ink account from the old printer quick and easy. Appreciate the extra space after replacing my larger OfficeJet pro.

I love the size-small and low profile and color, yet capacity for scanning multiple pages, but it takes a little getting used to not seeing the message screen on it-but on the computer itself, but the setup / software for that is very user friendly and I love the 6 months of Instand Ink :)

I recently purchased an HP Envy laptop, and my printer was too old to connect to it. I purchased the Envy Pro 6455, and set up was a breeze. I like that I can download the HP Smart app to print directly from other devices, such as my iPhone or iPad. I purchased the XL cartridges directly from HP, as they unfortunately weren’t available on Bestbuy at the time. Although the price was a bit higher, I’m overall satisfied with these HP products. This printer lets you sign up for Instant Ink which I declined for the time being, but it’s nice knowing that it’s available if I ever change my mind. So far I have no complaints about the printing quality, however I haven’t yet attempted to print any photos or anything that has very detailed colors.

LOVE THE PRINTER JUST CANNOT FIND HOW TO TURN IT OFF AND ON. INSTRUCTIONS THAT CAME WITH THE PRODUCE IS 6400e PRODUCTS NOTHING FOR THE ENVY 6455e. TRIED GOING TO HP WEB SITE AS OF TODAY NO LUCK... EASY TO SET-UP...
