Works great, easy setup and functionality. Bought one for myself and liked it so much I got one for my father when he needed a new printer.

Was a light problem setting up and then following what to do. In the things you said to click on was a virus so had to cancel my credit card before they wiped out my account. Not funny either

Great printer. Work great with both my phone and tablet.

Works well for small tasks. I specifically use it to print out documents for school.

Our previous HP printer was so easy. This one has been difficult to get used to but we’re getting better. I would buy another HP in the future but would ask more questions first. I ‘d recommend this printer to someone who is much more technical than we are.

I needed something that was small but very efficient. I also like having to only purchase 2 ink cartridges. Printer is very quite and prints, scans and copied pretty fast.

I love this style of HP printers, I also have a 6000 series. The only small con I have found with the 6455 is that it went offline once or twice.

The ease of use is great. Love all the functions it has for the price. Enjoying the insta ink program. Would recommend this printer to anyone working from home as well as every day use.

Great printer for us. Would purchase again. The only drawback is that for an all-in-one printer, there is no fax capability. A small inconvenience for us as there are alternatives available. Thank you

I bought this for a home office, replacing a Brother model. This is a prettier printer; looks professional. The setup was pretty easy, initially. The app must be used to set it up. It didn't initially recognize my wifi, took several restarts to get it to recognize, so that I could complete setup. Once that was done, setup went smoothly. The print quality is very good. One issue it that it doesn't scan then print multiple items at once. We can try to scan a document with multiple pages, then have to print them one at a time, instead of being able to print all at once. My Brother printer allowed that. This was more expensive than i thought it should be. I guess that many printers are because more people are staying home. That being said, it wasn't bad compared to similar models. I have only had it up for a little over a month and have had to replace the initial cartridge. I do wish it came with multiple cartridges instead of "black" and "color". The auto ship is convenient, sort of, as long as you don't print above HP's alloted limits. Overall, a good purchase.

Four and a half stars actually. The printer has been working fine, although I haven't put it through all the paces and functions. But setup was difficult because as some others have found, the set-up instructions aren't Mac-friendly (although some have apparently not had that problem). Customer support was friendly and helpful, and after a fairly lengthy call, I had it up and running fine. The HP Smart app so far has been great.

Delivered as promised. Great printer. Very easy to install on my computer.

Prints well for documents. Compact and easy to set up but one pice of advice is to make sure your WiFi provider has your network set up to allow the printer to be discovered.

If you just need to print/scan/copy occasional items for the home, we find this to be a reliable (albeit slow) printer with decent quality for the money.
